Engineer. VC. Builder.
I'm Moe Lueker. I went from building physical products to evaluating startups to building AI systems. Now I test every AI tool I can find and teach 41,100+ people how to use them.

The short version
I started in mechanical and medical engineering, building things you could hold. Moved into venture capital, where I spent five years evaluating startups and learning what makes businesses actually work.
Then I co-founded a startup, went through Y Combinator, and served as Chief of Staff. When I saw how AI was changing the cost structure of everything, I started building with AI tools, documenting what worked, and sharing it on YouTube.
41,100 subscribers later, this is what I do. I test AI tools, build systems with them, and teach others to do the same. No hype, no sponsored rankings. Just what works.
I run this entire business from San Francisco under Zena Labs LLC: content, tools, products. One person, one laptop, a lot of AI.
The journey
Mechanical & Medical Engineering
Started in hardware. Studied mechanical and medical engineering, learned how systems work from the ground up.
Venture Capital
Evaluated hundreds of startups, learned what separates ideas that work from ideas that don't. Saw AI coming before most.
Startup Founder & Chief of Staff
Co-founded a startup, experienced the YC startup environment firsthand, and served as Chief of Staff. Learned how to build and ship at speed.
Creator + Builder + Finance
41K+ YouTube subscribers, 200+ tutorials, and a growing library of AI tools. Turned what I learned into systems anyone can use.
What I believe
AI is a productivity multiplier, not a job replacer. The people who learn to use it will outpace everyone else.
Systems beat tips. A good workflow is worth more than a hundred tool recommendations.
Test everything yourself. Most AI content is rewritten press releases. I buy the tools and use them.
Share what works, be honest about what doesn't. Trust is the only asset that compounds forever.
Want to work together?
I'm always open to interesting projects, brand collaborations, and conversations about AI.
