What the caption generator does

This tool writes Instagram captions for food and drink businesses. You give it a photo or a short description of the post, and it writes caption options that each aim at one goal.

Searchable captions put details like the dish, your city, or the time of day near the start, so someone searching can find the post. When the first 125 characters include your city or a search word like a dish or a day, the result gets a Google-friendly badge. Clickable captions open a curiosity gap and point people to your link in bio. Engagement captions invite comments and saves.

How to use it

  1. Choose Image or Prompt. For an image, use a JPG, PNG, or WEBP under 10MB. For a prompt, describe the post in up to 1,000 characters.
  2. Add your city if you want it in Searchable captions. If you leave it blank, the tool does not make one up.
  3. Pick a goal mode and a length: short is about 100 characters, medium about 280, long about 600.
  4. Press generate, then copy the caption you like. Press regenerate for more. Each new try uses a caption structure you have not seen yet, until all eight have been used.
  5. Without an account you get one Searchable caption per try, up to 25 tries a day. With a free account you can pick one to three modes at once and get one caption per mode.

Tips for better results

  • Give it a real detail: the dish name, the time of day, or the thing that makes this batch different.
  • Use Searchable when you want new people to find the post, and Clickable when you want them to visit your profile or link.
  • Read every caption out loud. Change any line that does not sound like you.
  • Match the length to the photo. A strong photo can carry a short caption. A story needs the long one.
  • Check hours, prices, and names before you post. The tool does not know them.
